Loughton Athletic Club.		 Founded in 1906, Loughton A.C. is the oldest unchanged Club in Essex and caters for all disciplines except Tug of War.

Both sexes and all ages are welcome, regardless of ability,initial fitness or athletic ambitions. Qualified coaches in all the covered disciplines are available for the Leagues for the various disciplines and ages.

New members who join Loughton Athletic Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Loughton Athletic Club having created the welcome message). All new members will be given the default status of "guest member", which will be upgraded to "full club member" after they have become known to the club.

Existing members of Loughton Athletic Club will be upgraded by the Club Administrator to "full club member" status after joining. This means existing members can enter competition events (including league track & field, cross country and open events) into the club and county diary. Athletes will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if they declare such an interest).

Tuesday at 7-9 p.m.
Summer; track training - Winter; road sessions from the H.Q. at Southview Road, Loughton

Saturday at 2 p.m.
Track, road or cross-country as appropriate

Thursday at 7 p.m.
Gym work at Roding Valley School, Alderton Hill, Loughton
