Founded in 1906, Loughton A.C. is the oldest unchanged Club in Essex and caters for all disciplines except Tug of War. Both sexes and all ages are welcome, regardless of ability,initial fitness or athletic ambitions. Qualified coaches in all the covered disciplines are available for help, advice and encouragement. Teams compete regularly in the Leagues for the various disciplines and ages.
