Loughton Athletic Club.		 Founded in 1906, Loughton A.C. is the oldest unchanged Club in Essex and caters for all disciplines except Tug of War.

Both sexes and all ages are welcome, regardless of ability,initial fitness or athletic ambitions. Qualified coaches in all the covered disciplines are available for the Leagues for the various disciplines and ages.

Existing members of Loughton Athletic Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).
