We are a small, friendly but competitive club in Merseyside with about 250 members.

We provide training and competition for all ages; boys and girls, men and women, in T&F, Sportshall, cross country, road relays and road running.

We train at Litherland Sports Park in North Liverpool. Seniors meet for road runs in Crosby and Southport.

We also mount 2 first class road races: the Southport Good Friday 4 Mile Races and the Waterloo 15K. We also link with local schools and each year stage school 1 Mile races and put on the Sefton Junior Schools Cross Country Championships.
