We are a small, friendly but competitive club in Merseyside with about 250 members. We provide training and competition for all ages; boys and girls, men and women, in T&F, Sportshall, cross country, road relays and road running. We train at Chaffers Playing Fields in Crosby, Edge Hill College in Ormskirk, Kirkby Stadium in Knowsley and seniors meet for a run in Crosby and Southport. We also mount 3 first class road races: the Southport Good Friday 10K, the Waterloo 15K and the Southport 1/2 Marathon.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays & Thursdays Speed, stamina and middle distance training at Kirkby Stadium, within indoor session on a Tuesday in winter. Tuesdays & Thursdays Chaffers Playing Fields and Edge Hill College for all track and field activities. Tuesdays at 6.45 pm Road running session from YMCA in Southport.

Leagues Competed In Mid Lancs Track & Field and Cross Country League Premier Division of YA (Girls) and YA (Boys) National Junior League (Men and Women) North of England Men's and Women's Leagues Liverpool and District Cross Country Union (boys and seniors only) North West Sportshall Athletics League
