The club was formed in 1996 when Rowheath Harriers and Borough of Sandwell Athletics Club joined forces. The uniting of the two clubs produced a stronger club with more choice for its members. The membership is made up of both men and women and a very active junior section. New members of all abilities are welcome. The club offers competition at all levels. Qualified coaching in sprints/hurdles, jumps, throws, middle/longdistance. There are regular social events and a newsletter.
