Harlow Athletic Club is a small friendly club competing in the Men's and Women's Southern Leagues and the Eastern Young Athletes League.

We cater for athletes of all ages and abilities from recreational newcomers to internationals. Coaching is provided for all events.

Training takes place at our new 8 lane track at Mark Hall Sports Centre, London Road, Harlow.

Existing members of Harlow Athletic Club will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Sunday at 10:30am
Extra Training Day - contact first. Often providing technique clinics during summer (e.g throws, jumps, hurdles) and Cross Country Training (town park run) during winter.
