Watford Harriers provides facilities and promotions for all age groups from 7 to 90, all abilities and all disciplines including track and field, road running and cross-country. The club is the only resident athletics club in the Watford area with its own club house at Woodside Stadium and has produced several international athletes since its foundation in 1925. The emphasis is on enjoyment andand improvement in the sport at all levels.

Club Training Sessions Sunday 10.30am Minors Meeting (mainly 8 - 12 years old) at Woodside Stadium. Senior Road Runners Cassiobury Park Tue & Thu at 7.00pm Track and Field Session Woodside Stadium. All age groups over 10. Wednesday 7.00pm Road session. All ablilities. Runs 3 -9 miles West Herts Social Club, Park Avenue
