Since it was founded in 1986 Stowmarket Striders has grown into one of the top clubs in the county. It has done this by welcoming all runners of all abilities to its club training nights and supporting them as they progress and develop. Club Training Sessions Tuesday at 7.30pm Training nights from Mid-Suffolk Leisure Centre in Stowmarket. To suit all runners of all abilities. Thursday at 7.30pm Evening runs between 5 miles and 10km to start from the Mid-Suffolk Leisure Centr in Stowmarket.
