Thames Valley Harriers, registered as Puma TVH, started in 1887. The Club is based at the Linford Christie Stadium, off Du Cane Road, W12 (nearest tube, East Acton, on the Central line), and covers Track & Field athletics, Road Running & Cross Country running. We warmly welcome men & women of all standards, from aged 11 years and upwards, from the experienced athlete, to beginner levels plus those 'runningfor fitness'. Advice and guidance from Coaches is offered, plus competition at all levels.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays from 6.00pm Track & Field training, Middle Distance track session, road run (Winter), grass run (Summer), both OK for joggers. Thurs from 6.00pm Track & Field training, joggers shorter road/grass run, Longer road run at 7.00pm. Sundays from 10.30pm Track & Field training, joggers shorter grass run.
