We are a small, friendly expanding club for athletes and joggers alike. We pride ourselves on our friendly style and easy going sessions. We have one formal meeting per week on Thursdays, at which we have 4 routes to suit all standards of runner. We meet in the Church Hall next to St.Margaret Mary Church on Quarry Park Road, Plymstock on Thursdays from 6:10pm. See you on Thursday! New members who join Plymstock Road Runners will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Plymstock Road Runners having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Plymstock Road Runners will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Thursday at 6:15pm
4 routes to suit beginners to faster athletes. Distance varies from 2 miles up to 7 miles. Winter routes are on street lit roads. Routes can be downloaded from realbuzz.com

Weekends various tim
Long slow jog in surrounding area. Meet at different places each week. These are normally announced on Thursday nights

Monday at 6:10pm
Reps session in local area. Meet in Dean Cross car park. Details on website
