Dorchester AC aims to encourage all aspects of athletics for all age groups and to provide every member with appropriate competition. It has been central and west Dorset's athletic club since 1975. Members join from 8 years old. The Club is run by member families. Members have competed for England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Great Britain at Schools, Universities, Junior, Senior and Veteran levels in track & field and cross country running. Our priority is fun. The rest follows.

Club Training Sessions Mondays at 7.00pm (Winter) Teenage Group: Circuits at Dorchester Middle School Endurance Group: Runs from Dorchester Middle School (DMS) Wednesdays at 6.00pm Teenage strength training and indoor throws at Thomas Hardye Leisure Centre(THLC) Wednesdays at 7.00pm 8 - 13s at THLC. Young athletes indoor & circuit training at DMS. 8.00pm Sprint Group & Senior Circuit at DMS.
