The club has existed in its current form since 1993 when Ealing & Southall AC merged with Middlesex Ladies. We offer opportunities for all athletes seeking competition - young,old, elite or triers.

Club Training Sessions Monday 7:20pm Hill sessions for road runners. Meet at clubhouse. Suitable for runners over 16 years old Tuesday/Thursday 7pm Junior track and field sessions at Perivale track. Wednesday Road runners track sessions: 6:45pm and 7:15pm

Leagues Competed In Southern Men's League - Divisions 1 & 6 Southern Women's League - Division 2 McDonalds YA League - Boys & Girls Metropolitan Cross-Country League - Men, Women, Boys & Girls North West London League - Boys & Girls
