We are a friendly club of mainly road runners. We also run in the local cross country league. We have a growing number of members who also enjoy trail run We also take on longer challenges such as the 3 peaks. All abilities are welcome from beginers to racers

From the Redwell Leisure Centre split into groups for a steady run of 5 to 8 miles

From the Redwell Leisure Centre in one group for a speed or hill session

Either local races or meet for off-road runs around local parks. Contact for details.
