Track Interval work or Hill session with qualified coaches Meet at Braywick Track and Clubhouse

Wednesday 6:30pm
Winter Road runs various distances and abilities Summer Road and Multi Terrain runs from clubhouse

Longer social runs, all abilities Meet at Clubhouse
