Epsom and Ewell Harriers is one of the oldest clubs in Surrey. It is also one of the most successful boasting some Surrey's top athletes, some of those competing at international level. The club is better known for track & field, which athletes of both sexes compete in the Southern & Rosenhiam leagues. The club are also serious contenders in the Surrey Cross Country leagues and Area Cross Country Championships as well as for road running. The membership totals about 250, and are of mixed abilities.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays 6.30 for 7 Speed work on the track with 100m, 200m, 400m and 800m reps Also road running from 6 to 9 miles with Speed Work Thursdays 6.30 for 7 Track - Same as Tuesday Road - Fartlek session of 6 to 7 miles Sundays 8 to 9 am Long runs of 10 to 15 miles starting at Epsom Downs on non race days - Informal, please check with the club first.
