We are a ladies only club whose aim is to encourage women of all ages and abilities to enjoy the sport of running. Our a ctive membership ranges from 16-75+ and includes speed freak s and plodders.

Despite being a ladies only club, we regul arly have the highest club turnout at local races. We don't often field winners but we do win mob trophies!
