Club Training Sessions Mondays at 6.30pm Indoor circuit training for adults and teenage club members in the gym at Newtown High School. Wednsdays at 6.30pm Track, distance and field events training for adults and younger athletes at Maldwyn Leisure Centre - all welcome! Sundays at 10am Long distance runs (1hr +) for adults. Meet in Maldwyn Leisure Centre reception, let us know first if you're new.
