Spectrum Striders began as a new running club in 1983 in the new town area of Birchwood, Warrington. We are a friendly adult oriented club where enjoyment is as important as running. We welcome all abilities from beginners new to running through to county standard athletes. Our origins are in road running, still the club's main activity, but we are also actively involved in cross country and fell running . All our training sessions are graded to be welcoming to beginners whilst challenging our more experienced runners.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays at 7pm Speed work. Track in the summer (Victoria Park) and hill reps or flat intervals in the winter (Birchwood High School) Thursdays at 7pm Club muster runs return to accompanied slowest runner at fixed intervals. Parks or roads (Birchwood High School)
