Tunbridge Wells Harriers are a friendly club with approx 120 members of all ages. During the Summer we compete in track and road races (Kent League/Champs), with hash runs through local woodland. In Winter we compete in the Kent Cross Country league. Their is also a very active social side to the club with local handicap and championship races.

Club Training Sessions Wednesdays at 7:30pm Main Club night 6 -8 miles, woodland runs in Summer and well lit roads in Winter Tuesdays at 7:00pm Speed / Hills Interval sessions
