Club was formed in 1978 and initially consisted of Seniors who competed on the Road & Cross Country. However at the beginning of the 1990's started a Junior section and entered Track & Field competition with some success.

Have had several Welsh champions over recent years. Cater Sprints up to 400m, endurance, plus throws. age+. Qualified coaches for High Jump, Long & Triple Jump, Sprints up to 400m, endurance, plus throws.

Winter session - October to April aimed at athletes who compete in Cross Country plus endurance work for middle distance trackj athletes
