Long established club with 450 members. All ages are catered for from 8 to 80.

The Club is involved in all Track and Field events plus Cross Country, Road and Fell Running.

The new 'Jack Marsden' Clubhouse was opened in 2005, which has changing facilities and a Bar.

Existing members of East Cheshire Harriers & Tameside AC will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesday at 7 pm
There are various sessions including Track and Field, Road, Cross-Country, Fell and Interval training. Cater for ages 8-80. See Sue or Derek behind the bar in the clubhouse for help.

Wednesday at 6.30pm
Specific events are coached including most Field events and Hurdling. Sessions are suitable for athletes over the age of 10. Ask for Eddie Shaw.

Thursday at 7 pm
There are various sessions including Track and Field, Road, Cross-Country, Fell and Interval training. Cater for ages 8-80. See Sue or Derek behind the bar in the clubhouse for help.
