Club covers Athletics, Cross Country and Road Running. Coaching groups start from 8 yrs and up, including all disciplines track, field and road. Modern facilities, with further plans to improve these.

New members who join Thurrock Harriers will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Thurrock Harriers having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Thurrock Harriers will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 6.00pm
This is the big night of the week at the Thurrock Stadium. Groups of all ages (incl. joggers) on field, track, road. Other training groups covering a wide range of events

Thursdays at 6:15pm
Specific training group for 8-11 yr olds. 7pm beginners and improvers distance group. Other groups are also available
