One of the largest clubs in the South West of England with over 150 members training coaches for all levels.

Run from Plymouth Albion, Beacon Road. 18:30 PM. Various distances & sessions from 3 to 10 miles. Showers & tea after

Sundays 07:30
From Plympton squash club. Long distances up to 25 miles. Showers, tea & toast after.

Tues-Thurs 18:00
Brickfields Track Sessions. Coaches in attendance.
