We are prodominately a social running club for any category of runners from beginners to committed club runners . We organise many events and training sessions through the year run a few relays , are members of the Todays Runners Cross Country League and the Hampshire Cross Country League with races throughout the winter , have all local race details and are affiliated to the county , regional and national regulatory associations.

Club Training Sessions

Sunday 9.30 a.m.
4 , 6 and 10+ Mile long steady runs from Triangle Community Centre , Rake Road , Liss.

Wednesday 7.00 p.m.
Interval training around Roads of Liss , starting from the Triangle Community Centre , Liss.

Thursday 7.00 p.m.
Social / recovery run around Petersfield , starting from Central Car Park , Petersfield.
