LBAC is an exceptionally friendly club with a very strong social side.

The club has been going since 1976 and caters for runners of all ages and abilities. We compete in both Cross-country and Track & Field leagues as well as some more unusual events, such as the International Challenge in Lanzarote and the Grand Union Canal relay.

Coached session for track athletes and under 16s

Road runs from tiddenfoot leisure centre suiting runners from the age of 15 upwards.
