Friendly club for local runners. We cater for all abilities including beginners. We hold many social events and tripsthroughout the year.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays 6.00pm In the winter we run on well lit roads. All females are accompanied for safety. Summer runs are road/trail. Thursdays 6.00pm As Tuesdays. In the summer we run on Cannock Chase every other week. Runs are from 5 to 8 miles typically. Sunday 9.30am Two groups - a medium and a slow group. Runs on Cannock Chase for anything up to 2hrs 30mins (normally 1hr 45mins).
