Kent AC despite it's name are very much a LONDON club being just 4 miles from London Bridge at our base in Catford SE6 (We are only 12 mins away from Central London with 2 excellent train services).

Kent AC has traditionally been a strong distance running club competing in the National 6 stage/12 stage Road Relays (always in the top 25 ) & National Cross Country Championships ( 5th team in 2007) but the club's track field teams have made huge strides over the past few years with both teams being promoted again in 2007. Our A team finished 3rd in the British League National Div 1 in 2008 and now rank in the top 12 teams in GB. Our B team are now in Southern League Div 1 and are a mixture of talented young athletes and more experienced athletes. We are on a huge upward curve as we have gone up no less than 7 Divisions in 17 years!

The club's close knit nature gives it excellent team spirit with mutual support for one another, interest in other people's performances and socialising after matches and training.
