Old Leo's Club, King Lane, Leeds 17. 4-weekly cycle : 400m reps,fartlek,hills,mile reps (steady 7-9 also avail.)

Thursdays at 6:45pm
Scott Hall Sports Centre, Harrogate Road, Leeds 7 Steady 6-9 (slower than Tuesdays)

Sunday at 9:15am
2 hours steady (?!) generally mainly off road
