We are a community based running club. We cater for anyone who wants to run and compete. We were formed in 1907, as part of Eton Manor Boys Club The obective of the club is to get as many people from the local community to join our club and take up the sport We compete in road running and cross country as well as track and field athletics, both men's and women's. We have changing/shower and toilet facilities. Come and give us a try, you won't be dissappointed.

Club Training Sessions Tuesday 7:15pm Intervals/hills depending on time of year and weather. From our Club at The Cottage, Marsh Lane, Leyton E10. Thursday 7:15pm winter time road run. Fom our Club at The Cottage. Summer cross country run in Epping Forest, if dry. Saturday 2:15pm Longer steady run, cross country if dry, road if wet. From our Club at The Cottage.

Leagues Competed In Chingford League mixture road cross country Men's Southern League track and field. Women's Southern League track and field Summer Assembly League, road races to 3.5 miles max.
