60 years old in 2002. All track & field catered for. X-country teams, all ages 9 - 109, competition for all age groups.

6 lane all weather track.

Club Training Sessions

Sundays at 10.30
Meet at track, all groups except U11s who meet at 9.45am Use woods, sand etc in Winter

Tues at 18.30
At track, over 11's to seniors. Track sessions, Road running, technical work, aerobic/circuit work in clubhouse occasionally

Thurs at 18.30
At track senior groups only track session/circuits/roadrunning/technical work as appropriate
