Club Training Sessions

Wednesdays 6.30 p.m.
Variety of runs from H.Q. Stone Tennis Club Newcastle Rd, Stone, followed by a social gathering inthe club

Sunday 9.00p.m.
Longer runs 5 to 20 miles as above, both these runs follow a mustering system front to back at regular intervals

Tuesday 6.00 p.m.
Varied intensive training, intervals/fartlek/hills.
