Coached group training sessions from the clubhouse in Ruislip and at Hillingdon Athletics Stadium, Uxbridge

Thursday from 5.30pm
Coached group training sessions from the clubhouse in Ruislip and at Hillingdon Athletics Stadium, Uxbridge

Sunday from 7 am
Long easy runs through the Ruislip countryside. Coached group training sessions from the clubhouse in Ruislip from 10am
