The Clubs origins date back to 1901. Since that time it has always competed at a level to suit it's members aspirations. We are not a 'big time' Club. We are a small dedicated group ahtletes that enjoy the relaxed informaility of friends. We compete in Southern League Div 4 for Track & Field, and the Chingford League for Road and Cross Country. Everyone is welcome to meet and train with us. If another Club will suit you better - we don't mind telling you !
