Club Training Sessions

Sunday 10:30 - 12:00
General cross country including rep training. Open to all from age 16 covering all abilities

tuesday 6:30 - 20:00
Road race training. Sessions inlude, 4 & 6 mile training sessions and fartlek runs. Contact by email for location

general cross country including rep training. Open to all abilities
