Club Training Sessions

Mondays at 6.45pm
Mixed sessions depending on your legs after weekend races! Or just a long slow run

Wednesdays at 6.45pm
Various sessions including: Pyramids or hill reps, intervals Or just a long slow run

Sundays at 9.00am
Long run for anyone who turns up; the group usually includes runners training for 1/2 and full marathons
