It is a friendly club with three coachesspecialising in long ditance performance.

Club Training Sessions

Monday at 5.00pm
Speed session at the local park, designed to enhance speed endurance

Wednesday at 5.00pm
Interval work, dealing with basic endurance on hills or at track.

Saturday at 9.30
Long run either on beach or on cliffs to build up stamina.
