Club Training Sessions

Monday 7:00pm
Both field and track sessions. At Pembroke sports centre. Ages 9-18. out door in the summer,indoor during winter

Tuesday 6:00pm
Endurance session for track, Road and cross country runners. Haverfordwest sports centre, All ages.

Thursday 6:00pm
Endurance session for track, Road and cross country runners. Haverfordwest sports centre and pembroke sports centre.

  • Gwent cross country league

  • Welsh Junior track league

  • McDonalds track and field league
