We are a social running club who organise the Welsh Castles Relay, a foot race from North to South Wales, and the Barry 40, an ultramarathon. We can boast two London Marathon ever presents, and several individual and team victories in age category events. We only meet as a club on Thursdays. and several of us linger afterwards for food and a drink.

Club Training Sessions Thursdays at 6:45 Long Club Run - from Llandaff Clubhouse: off road in summer; well-lit roads in winter.
