We are a friendly road and cross country running club who meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00 at the Elmbridge Liesure Centre. Some run for 'fun' some to improve and race, some just to socialise, whichever you want you are welcome.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays at 7.00pm 5 to 9 mile mostly easy run sometimes rep. session on towpath or road during the winter. Thursday 7.00pm 5 to 7 miles run in woodland from West End Esher untill winter, then 5 - 9 miles on road Sunday By arrangement
