We are a friendly road and cross country running club who meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.00 at the Elmbridge Liesure Centre. Some run for 'fun' some to improve and race, some just to socialise, whichever you want you are welcome.

New members who join Elmbridge Road Runners will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Elmbridge Road Runners having created the welcome message).

Existing members of Elmbridge Road Runners will become registered with the British Athletics Home Pages and will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if you declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 7.00pm
5 to 9 mile mostly easy runs speed or rep. session on towpath or road during the winter on the first Tuesday each month.

Thursday 7.00pm
5 to 7 miles run in woodland from West End Esher until winter, then 5 - 9 miles on road
