clayton le moors harriers have been in existence for over 75 years and are affiliated to road,cross country and fell running we have over 400 members and cater for all abilities we have training nights on tuesdays and thursdays.we have c championships and organise various social events and trip to places on coach with all the clayton members to races.

Club Training Sessions

tuesdays 7pm
steady long runs for all abilities,you can go with the fast group or just take it easy with a slower pace group.

thursdays 7pm
speed training on pendles seedhill track do 1500m and 1 minute recoveries for about 45 minutes.
