We are a small but friendly club who caters for athletes aged from 9 upwards. We train at London Road Sports Centre which is situated at Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology , London Road, Shrewsbury.

Club Training Sessions Monday 6pm to 7.15pm Track and Field starting in April and during the winter months we train indoors with general fitness sessions Wednesday PM This is an invitation only session when coaches may want to see individuals and small groups
