A new Club Growing From Strength to strength, Catering for the elite to the beginner. The Thursday run is an running technique workshop with Interval training and Plyometricks and Core Stability to Strengthen and increase speed. The Sunday Class is a good long low to medium intensity run this class will be reviewed @ a later date for more runs. |
