Rutland Running Club is a small club of around 25 members drwn mainly from the county of Rutland. We meet every Tuesday fro Training sessions, and have organised runs on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Check our web site (www.rutlandrunners.co.uk) for details. We aim to provide support and encouragement for those wishing to take up running, while providing motivation and companionship for more experienced runners. Minimum age : over 18's only please.

Club Training Sessions Tuesdays at 19:30 Hill reps, circuits, sprints, and a montly timed loop. See web site for location in spring/summer & autumn/winter Thursdays at 19:00 Road runs - in winter around Oakham, in spring/summer, around various local villages on minor roads.
