Friendly,independent and sociable running club. Membership of over a hundred, we compete in wide range of on and off road events. We cater for over 18 year olds of all abilities. Intra Club handicap races in summer. Club night following Thursday training at Havant Leisure Centre.

Club Training Sessions Tuesday at 19:00 Road runs from Havant Leisure Centre - distance 6 - 8 miles. Suitable for all abilities Thursday at 18:00 Coached - interval or speed session Local venues Sunday at 08:00 Meet at a members house for a long slow run - unless there is a race.
