All information on web site We are mainly a Track&Field club and also cater for Road running and Cross Country. Mixed club age from eight years old upwards and welcome members of all abilities. We are involved in Track&Field league's and Cross Country. Train in Summer twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday 6.60pm - 8pm and Winter Tuesday at a local indoor leisure centre 7pm-9pm and Thursday road running from our winter base.
