Club Training Sessions

Monday at 7:30pm
We meet at the Ramsey Sports Centre for a 4½ mile run for senior members only.

Wednesday at 7:30pm
A supervised run for juniors (age 9 and over) and a 4½ mile run for seniors from Ramsey Sports Centre.

Sunday at 9:00am
When not racing we meet at Bury for a longer run.
