We have some amazing throwers, jumpers and runners along wit excellent coaches. We are in division 1 for both the womens and mens southern leagues and continue to do well in indoor and childrens activities. Why not come along and have a go at our open meetings every last tuesday of the month beginning at 7am. Every age and ability is welcome.

Club Training Sessions Tuesday 7-9 Depends on what you want out of the session and what activit y you decide upon thursday 7-9pm to enjoy the events at what ever level you wish to.
