Founded in 1911, Orion Harriers have been running,
mainly cross country, for over a century...
...and we're still not tired of it!

Our new HQ (Jubilee Retreat, Bury Road, E4 7QJ) is in ancient Epping Forest
and we race and training runs in that marvellous place through the hills of Chingford, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Woodford.
There is a thriving beginners jog/walk section that meet twice a week. The above also goes for our huge and successful Junior section, who compete in indoor and outdoor track and field competition too!

Club Training Sessions

Tue, Thu 7.30pm
Senior men meet at the clubhouse for reps and tempo runs. Also Sunday morning runs...

Tue, Thu 6pm
Junior training Waltham Forest Pool and Track

Wednesday 7.00pm
Women and juniors train from the clubhouse, different groups running at different paces, as well as Sunday mornings.
