Founded in 1988. A jogging club to start with but we have progressed in recent years. We have a thriving Junior Section and along with the Senior and Veteran members compete in various Track & Field Leagues and the Essex Cross Country League. We still have a lot of members who prefer the Road Races and Endurance Races. We also have a. growing Rambling Section
