We are a small friendly club, catering for both juniors and seniors whatever their ability. We encourage participation in both road racing and cross country events. Our aim is to promote goodwill amongst our athletes and ensure that all members are made to feel welcome. The club was founded in 1980 by two local athletes initially for local school children, and then gradually developed the senior interest. We continue to flourish and are always keen to see new faces

Club Training Sessions Monday 6.00pm Junior training - track at local school - age 9+ Ladies run on road - gentle session - beginners welcome Thursday 6.45pm Road run from Amman Valley Swimming Pool, both male and female. Suit runners who can run at least 10km.
