Great Bentley Running Club was founded in 1987 as a
small friendly running club for all runners from the
fitness enthusiast to the serious competitor.

We feel we are still this today. We meet on Wednesday
nights at Great Bentley Village Hall at 7.00.

New members who join Great Bentley Running Club will receive an immediate email acknowledgement from the club advising the best way to join in with the club activities (subject to Great Bentley Running Club having created the welcome message). All new members will be given the default status of "guest member", which will be upgraded to "full club member" after they have become known to the club.

Existing members of Great Bentley Running Club will be upgraded by the Club Administrator to "full club member" status after joining. This means existing members can enter competition events (including league track & field, cross country and open events) into the club and county diary. Athletes will be contactable by County team managers. Volunteer officials and marshals will be contactable by local competition organisers (if they declare such an interest).

Club Training Sessions

Wednesday 7.00 p.m.
Usually 2 or 3 groups of different abilities running around 5 miles upward. Structured sessions or 'social running' - your choice!

Friday 6.30pm
Short structured session mainly based around speed work.

    The fixtures below are intended as an indication of events which are regularly promoted by Great Bentley Running Club. However all good things come to an end, so please make contact with the club to establish that this event is taking place this year, and confirm the exact date.
