A successful and competitive club, particularly in veteran competions. We have a large female section and training sessions for all abilities from beginner to seasoned athlete. We organise a number of races, including in 2003, the successful South of England Cross Country Championships All abilities welcome.

Club Training Sessions 7:00pm Tuedays Road runs from the Club House, at the Imperial Ground, Exmouth. Usually 7-10 miles, ladies and men. 7:00pm Wednesdays Road/Track runs at the Imperial Ground for LADIES only. Including beginners groups. 7:00pm Thursdays Road runs from the Club House, at the Imperial Ground, Exmouth, Usually 7-10 miles, ladies and men.
